User permissions

Access controls and user permissions are crucial aspects of maintaining the security and integrity of our users' data. 

To ensure that our users have the flexibility and control they need to manage their accounts and content, we have implemented a robust system of access controls and user permissions. 

These features are available to members of our "Growth" and "Enterprise" plans, allowing them to granularly manage who has access to their content, and what actions they are able to perform.

This enables users to easily collaborate and share information with their team while maintaining control over their data. All the added users can collaborate under Workspace, the complete access to which lies with the admin of that workspace.

By providing these features to our "Growth" and "Enterprise" plan members, we are ensuring that our users have the tools they need to effectively manage their content and collaborate with their team while maintaining the security and integrity of their data.

Billing

Irrespective of the plan that you choose, our billing system ensures that all of our users are billed in a consistent and fair manner. 

The billing cycle for all accounts begins on the date of the first payment, and all accounts are billed on a monthly basis. This means that whether you choose our “Free”, "Growth", or "Enterprise" plan, you can expect to receive an invoice for your monthly usage at the same time each month.

By implementing a consistent billing cycle, we are able to provide our users with the transparency and predictability they need to effectively manage their accounts and usage of our platform.
