Login issues

DeepLobe platform doesn't require you to remember your login credentials. Instead, the platform will send a magic link to your registered email id with which you can log in directly to the platform. You can alternatively signin/signup using your google account as well.

However, you might face the following issues during your login/signup attempts that you should consider troubleshooting:

Network connectivity issues

If your device is not connected to the internet, or if there is a problem with the network, you will not be able to log in to the platform. Hence, do check your internet connection and ensure that your device is properly configured to connect to the network. 

Platform maintenance

The platform could be down for maintenance or updates, in which case you will not be able to log in. To troubleshoot this issue, check the status of the platform and wait for it to be back up and running.

Incorrect login URL

If you are trying to log in to the wrong URL, you will not be able to log in. Please make sure that you have the correct URL for the platform (https://app.deeplobe.ai)
